We currently deliver to over 15,000+ PIN codes across India.
 A nominal shipping fee (₹0 – ₹799) may apply depending on your order weight, value, and delivery location.
 For remote or Out-of-Delivery-Area (ODA) PIN codes, additional charges may apply.

Our typical delivery time ranges between 3 to 12 working days, depending on your location. However, unforeseen delays due to weather, courier issues, local disruptions, or holidays may occasionally extend delivery timelines. We appreciate your understanding in such rare cases.

 Once an order is confirmed, the shipping address cannot be changed.

       Standard orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days.

       Custom or made-to-order products may take 5–10 days or more than that for processing depending on the order complexity.

       Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

       Once your order is shipped, it will typically arrive within the estimated timeline mentioned above.

Important: Please record a short, uncut and 360-degree unboxing video while opening your package — this serves as proof in case of any return or replacement requests due to damage or missing items.


Remote Area Deliveries

Some delivery destinations that fall under remote or hard-to-reach zones may incur an additional shipping fee.
 If your address falls under this category, our team will inform you via email before dispatch.


International Shipping

We are delighted to offer worldwide shipping for our global customers.
 International shipping charges are calculated based on your destination and package weight.

Additional Information

       All domestic orders are subject to GST, and a digital invoice will be sent to your registered email ID.

       In case your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different locations — you’ll receive individual tracking details for each parcel.
